Digitile has been built with a security first focus to protect and respect your privacy.
•All file permissisions are mirrored from the original file source, therefore all users will only see files they have access to
•Assign user roles for every user on Digitile to control what data they can view and what actions they can perform.
Digitile uses OAuth 2.0 protocol (token-based authentication) to connect to third-party data providers, such as Google Drive, Gmail, Dropbox, Office 365, and Slack. We will never ask for your credentials to these services and will securely store the authentication token that is generated by the service when you authorize our access.
•All data centers (Google Cloud Platform and Amazon AWS) are PCI, SOC, FINRA, and ISO2700 compliant.
•Your data is transferred with high-grade TLS and multi-layered encryption at rest with AES-128.
•Our cloud infrastructure and APIs undergo independent, continuous penetration testing, security scans, threat detection, and greybox assessment by Bishop Fox Security.
