Digitile works alongside the solutions you use everyday. With your authorization, click-to-connect Digitile with any of our pre-built integrations without disrupting your existing systems. Think of it as only one login to search across your business applications to find the files you need quickly.

A user is an individual that has their own login credentials.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you would like to pay in another form of payment please live chat us or reach out to sales@digitile.io.

Do I need to give a credit card to sign up for the free trial?

No, we do not ask for any form of payment until you fall in love with Digitile and want to upgrade your 30-day free trial account.

How does the free trial work?

Free trials provide you with complete access to all of Digitile’s features.

Can I invite other users during the free trial period?

Yes, we encourage you to invite users. Every user you invite will be included in your free trial time period. Digitile is built for teams, so invite the whole squad.

Can we cancel at anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime you would like on a monthly billing plan. However, we do not offer refunds for a billing period you have already paid for. If you are on an annual plan then you will be responsible for the remainder of your license.

How does Digitile's Search Engine work?

Digitile’s bread and butter is the AI powered search engine that features a multi-layered search methodology including Image recognition, Natural language processing, keyword, and tag search allowing a user to find a file quickly even if the file name is unknown.

Does your search engine match inline text?

Yes, Digitile uses natural language processing to display the best search results every time.

Can I edit a file’s content in Digitile?

Digitile integrated GSuite and Office365 to give you native editing features. Our solution works in conjunction with the tools you already use.

Can I send files to non-users?

Our guest access feature simplifies sharing content with partner communities and third-party vendors. Invited non-users get sent a link to a preview of the file where they can download the entire file without needing an account with Digitile.

Does your search engine include image recognition?

Yes, Digitile uses a multi-layered search methodology including image recognition which auto-generates tags for images to enhance the search accuracy.

Can I add tags to files stored in Google Drive and Dropbox?

You can add your own custom tags to any file regardless of where it’s stored.

How do I refine my search?

Search is our bread and butter, all great search engines have a plethora of filter options as well. You can filter based on a wide variety of options ranging from people and tags to file type and date created.

Can I share files?

Yes, Digitile offers a unique feature called cross-platform sharing. This allows the user to share any file regardless of where it’s stored and set permissions which we communicate back to the file storage source.

Can anyone invite users?

No, There are 3 types of role based permissions in Digitile: Billing admin, Main Admin, Standard user. The Billing admin and main admin have rights to create and add users.

Will my data be safe?

At Digitile we take security very seriously. Rest assure your files are never stored on our servers.  Digitile employs two-way authentication with every cloud platform to ensure that no one but you can access your files. If you want to learn more, check out our Security page.

Do my file permissions get carried over to Digitile?

Yes, Digitile carries forward the permissions you have already set on every file. In addition you get complete control over those permissions in Digitile in case you need to make changes. If you change a permission, it will be immediately communicated and reflected to the storage source.
